Made to order
Nearly everything is built after you order it. Expect most pieces to ship within 2–4 weeks; larger fixtures like chandeliers take longer and note their lead time on the product page.
Rates
A flat $35 covers crated, insured shipping within the continental U.S. Orders over $400 ship complimentary. Everything is blanket-wrapped and boxed to survive the journey.
Caring for wood
Solid wood lives and breathes. Keep pieces out of direct, prolonged sun and away from heat vents. Dust with a dry cloth; refresh oiled finishes once or twice a year with a food-safe furniture oil.
Caring for copper & brass
Left alone, copper and brass develop a warm patina — many customers prefer it. To keep a bright polish, wipe occasionally with a dedicated metal polish. Living-patina finishes are meant to age and need nothing.
Returns
Because pieces are made to order, we handle returns case by case. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, reach out within 14 days and we'll make it right.
